It was peak holiday season when Bank of the West hired TGS Elevate to produce a multi-state marketing initiative to draw in the next generation of consumers.
They had 147 branches in California and Colorado that needed to promote a timely marketing message using both graphics and promotional products embody a new retail experience geared towards digital banking. They also needed a needed to a system that would allow graphics to be updated, so that their look was always fresh, and the information it communicated always up to date updated look with the staying power to last for years to come. They needed a graphics solution, designs, promotional products, fixtures, printed graphics, and signage, and installation.
And they needed it all done in a RUSH.
To make the most of time spent at the branch, our solution needed to draw in outside traffic, increase time spent within the branch, contribute to an increased customer experience, and provide a place that people would want to talk about. The spaces, messaging, colors, layout flow, and available features need to be in alignment with daily living and engage the consumer organically.
Bank of the West knew they needed to roll out new retail marketing for nearly 150 branches, but they didn’t know what to do. How can they create the best banking experience for the next generation of consumers?
TGS Elevate’s experienced team of strategists and designers immediately took the lead and began to survey Bank of the West’s branch locations. Each branch was a different size with varying windows, features and environmental challenges. We quickly designed beautiful new graphics and created life size test prints for the client. Bank of the West loved our work wanted a rush delivery.
To install thousands of fixtures within a couple days takes an army! We assembled a team of professional installers and a point man to manage the project. During peak holiday season we were able to coordinate unique deliveries for 147 locations. Every location was then photographed and organized into our system for instant feedback.
Bank of the West loved the new designs and wanted their employees to join in the marketing initiative. As a leading source for promotional branding, TGS Elevate was able to help in a big way. We designed and ordered promo pins for every Bank of the West employee. As each branch location had a different number of employees, you can imagine the effort it took to organize the delivery. Bonus! During the process of creating Bank of the West’s new retail marketing, we compiled a lot of valuable data about their branches. We organized the information and photos in our proprietary database system and provided our client with a powerful new management tool.
Designing a next gen space requires next gen tools: we utilized 2D and 3D renderings to visualize the final product, speed up the development process, and reduce costs. Our prototype turn time of 2 days and production lead times of 2 weeks is fastest-in-the-industry.
